1. Accounts and device access
You may use supported local features without an account. An account enables cloud profile, subscription, and device-session features. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly revoke devices you no longer control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a TypeQuick security failure.
2. How the service processes content
TypeQuick processes audio, text, prompts, and settings only as needed for the mode and feature you select. Local-mode content remains on the device. Cloud features necessarily transmit the requested content to the identified service providers. Our Privacy & Trust and Data Controls pages explain categories, purposes, locations, and retention in more detail.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use TypeQuick to break the law, violate another person's rights, access systems without permission, distribute malware, evade service limits, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain another user's account or data. You must have the right to submit the content you process.
4. Plans, subscriptions, and payment
Features and limits depend on the plan shown in your account or at purchase. Any price, billing period, renewal rule, tax, cancellation right, or refund rule shown during checkout forms part of these Terms. We will not convert a free plan into a paid plan without your express purchase confirmation.
5. Software licence and ownership
TypeQuick grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the applications for their intended purpose. TypeQuick and its licensors retain all rights in the software, service, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Service availability and changes
We work to keep TypeQuick reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change for security, legal, compatibility, or product reasons. We will give reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects paid functionality, unless urgent security or legal action makes advance notice impracticable.
7. Suspension, termination, export, and deletion
You may stop using TypeQuick at any time and may use the supported account controls to export or delete account data. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to appeal or correct the issue.
8. Warranties and liability
TypeQuick is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that every transcription or generated output is error-free or suitable for a particular professional decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the website, application, or account email where appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@typequick.app.
